Stratis supported the project partners (Colade, Houyoux Constructions and Sia Architects) in the creation of a complete, elegant and cohesive visual identity. From the logo to the communication materials, every element was carefully designed to reflect the essence of the real estate project and ensure a strong, harmonious presence across all channels.
The logo was designed as the cornerstone of all communication.
Our approach: exploring graphic styles - researching shapes, symbols, and colors - refining proposals and co-validating them with our client. The objective: to create a modern, legible, and meaningful visual identity capable of representing SOURCÉA's brand across all media.
Once the logo was created, we developed the accompanying brand guidelines.
To present SOURCÉA to potential clients, we produced a brochure clearly detailing the project: its advantages, its location, the key strengths of its specifications, the various stakeholders, etc. All of these elements are also featured on the website we designed. In parallel, we also handled the complete layout of the specifications document.
A truly immersive tool integrated into the website, the orbital model is the ideal solution to support and enhance the customer experience. It places potential buyers at the heart of their project through a 360° view. Users can freely explore the environment by selecting each floor individually, appreciate the volumes, and better envision themselves within the space.

To allow the project to be discovered in a clear and immersive way, 3D renderings have been created. They showcase the front and rear façades of the building, as well as several interior views, such as the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. These visualizations provide an immediate understanding of the volumes, atmospheres, and architectural choices, while making it easier to envision the future living spaces.
